Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy VidLive coins through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Amir Sohail Zaman ("we", "us"), Bharat Ghar, Tehsil Depalpur, District Okara, Basirpur 56010, Pakistan. We publish and operate the VidLive mobile application.
2. What we sell
We sell coins: a digital item used inside the VidLive app to send virtual gifts to creators during live streams. Coins are licensed to you for personal use in the app. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored value instrument, and they earn no interest.
Coins cannot be:
- transferred or sold to another person,
- exchanged back into cash by the person who bought them,
- used outside the VidLive app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy coins. You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use.
4. Your account and user ID
You need an existing VidLive account. Coins are credited to the user ID you enter at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct user ID. We cannot move coins between accounts once they have been credited.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes.
- Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
- Payments are processed by Safepay. Your card details are entered on Safepay's secure page and are never sent to or stored by us.
- We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.
6. Delivery
Delivery is electronic. Coins are normally added to your balance within a few seconds of a successful payment. If a payment is confirmed but your balance has not changed after 30 minutes, contact us and we will credit the coins or refund the payment.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- buy coins with a payment method you are not authorised to use,
- buy or resell coins as a business or on someone else's behalf for profit,
- attempt to obtain coins without paying, including by interfering with this website, the app, or our servers,
- use coins to arrange or reward anything that breaks the law or the VidLive community rules.
If we find a purchase or an account breaking these rules we may cancel the purchase, remove the coins, and suspend the account.
9. Creator earnings
Coins spent on gifts are credited to the receiving creator inside the app according to the rates published there. Creator withdrawals are handled in the app under their own rules and are not part of these terms.
10. Service availability
We try to keep this website and the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend either for maintenance, or to protect users and our systems.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the coins you paid for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Okara, Punjab have jurisdiction.
