No subscription. Every coin purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing is charged again automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
What you are buying
A coin package is a digital item delivered to your VidLive account. Coins can be spent on virtual gifts inside the app. They have no value outside VidLive, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged back into cash by the buyer.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate — coins normally appear in your balance within a few seconds. Nothing is shipped, so no delivery address or delivery charge applies.
If a payment is confirmed but your balance has not changed after 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference and we will credit the coins manually or refund the payment. See the Refund Policy.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Safepay. Accepted methods include debit and credit cards, and bank or wallet options offered by Safepay at checkout. Card details are entered on Safepay's secure page — they are never sent to or stored by us.
